Annual plans
- 14-day full refund from the date of initial purchase, no questions asked.
- After 14 days, the annual term is non-refundable, but you keep full access through the end of your paid term.
- Zero early termination fees. Unlike Adobe Acrobat Sign, we don't charge 50% of your remaining contract to walk away.
- Auto-renew is on by default; we email you a reminder 7 days before each annual renewal so there are no surprises.
Monthly plans
- Cancel anytime, no penalty, no exit fees, no phone call required.
- You keep full access through the end of the current billing cycle, then your account moves into the 30-day export window.
- Monthly payments are non-refundable for partial months, but you'll never be charged again after canceling.
- Switch to annual anytime to lock in 15% off.
Data export & retention
When you cancel, you have a 30-day grace period to log in and download everything you need. After that, your account and documents are permanently deleted from our systems.

- Signed PDFs for every completed envelope
- ESIGN/UETA completion certificates & full audit trails
- Templates you've created
- CSV exports of your envelope history and recipient logs
Our recommendation
Before your export window closes, download your completion certificates, they're the legally admissible record of every signature and may be required for IRS, HIPAA, or audit purposes for up to 7 years after the document is signed.
How to cancel
Open billing settings
Sign in and go to Settings → Billing in the top right of your dashboard.
Click 'Cancel plan'
Choose your reason (optional, it helps us improve) and confirm.
Export your documents
Use the 'Download all' button to grab signed PDFs and certificates within 30 days.
